I called Mayglothling to get the system emptied and for an engineer service. John and Aiden both arrived at my house only a day later. They were both very nice, helpful and cooperative. John checked over the whole system and couldn’t find an electrical fault but we soon saw the soakaway was blocked further down. John advised me that a jetting was needed.
