I phoned up at 9:00 in the morning and by 11:00 I had a guy come to my place, identify the problem, rectify it and by 12:00pm everything was done and dusted which I thought was a pretty impressive turnaround. We came back from holiday to find our cesspit was brimming full. I got in touch with Mayglothling on the Tuesday to get the tank emptied. However, by Friday the tank was close to overflow. I called and spoke to Jen who was incredibly helpful, professional and a credit to the company. I told her my concerns and within two hours your tanker had arrived and taken 1000 gallons from the tank. This was beyond our expectations and meant we didn’t have to move out for the weekend which was a saviour.
We were so grateful for the exceptional service and how the whole thing was handled.
