Mayglothling accepts no responsibility or liability for any damage, surface marking, tyre impressions, or deterioration caused to grounds, driveways, verges, or surrounding areas as a result of vehicle access where terrain is uneven, soft, restricted, or otherwise unsuitable. If you require us to attend when the ground is firm, this can be scheduled accordingly. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure adequate access and ground conditions prior to our arrival.
